It is predicted...
In 2023, ErgoScience's blog will be one of the most visited sites in the world.
Okay, maybe that's wishful thinking, but you get the idea, it’s gonna be good. To start this year, we are making our predictions for the most popular ErgoScience blog posts of 2023.
Last year we gave you numerous posts on functional capacity evaluations. We revealed the secrets of a well-defined FCE, highlighted the differences in an FCE and an impairment rating, lifted up the magnitude of sincerity of effort, identified the distinctions in fear avoidance. We ruffled feathers when we presented a real-life case of an FCE trumping a physician’s opinion, in court no less.
Our team enumerated valuable services to build your work comp suite and revealed a formula to determine if they will be profitable.
Did you have a chance to read any of these? What about the horror story we shared back in September on the Incredible Shrinking Reimbursement?

Did we hit a nerve when we uncovered the most common mistakes in work conditioning?
I’ve heard that we raised eyebrows when we published confessions of a work comp case manager.
If you saw our last blog post presenting the awards to the top blogs of 2022, you may be surprised at some of the winning posts. Go back and read it now, if you haven't already.
As we have quite a lineup of interesting topics planned for this year, we consulted our magic 8-ball to determine which topics will be award winning.
The magic 8-ball has spoken:
#3 In the number three spot, “I Don’t Know Why I Go to Extremes.” You are welcome for this. Enjoy the rest of your day with Billy Joel playing through your mind while you ponder what aspect of the industrial athlete may or may not be “all or nothing.”
#2 The number two spot will be claimed by the post, “Things TikTok WON’T Make You Buy.” If you’ve been on TikTok, you know it is littered with videos of miracle products that you feel compelled to buy, only to be disappointed later. I doubt you’ll see any Gen Z telling how they bought an FCE system or implemented pre-hire Physical Ability Testing (PAT) and it changed their life. These are not insta-products, but they can have an impact on many lives. So maybe it is a good thing TikTok won’t make you buy them.
#1 And in the top spot; the most popular blog of 2023 will be “Why the ErgoScience FCE is like Crack.” You may be asking, “How in the world are they even remotely alike.”

Well, if you’ve ever used the ErgoScience FCE system, you will know. Keep your eyes peeled, you won’t want to miss this top blog.
Tell me, was the crystal ball accurate? Are these the posts you want to read in 2023?
Do you have topics you feel could claim the top spots? We’ve given you our predictions, but we all know from Back to the Future that what we do today can affect future events. Your ideas can change the future. Do you want to influence top blog posts for next year?
